For those who are looking for a quicker delivery, we also provide an express shipping option. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your specific location and any unforeseen circumstances that could occur during transit.

 

For our valued customers beyond Canada, we also offer worldwide shipping. Now you can enjoy our premium lash products and tools no matter where you are located. International shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs processing and distance. Please allow for some flexibility in delivery times, and rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase.

In-Store Pick Up

We do offer in-store pick ups. Refund Policy

At Valour Valour Lashes, we take pride in the quality of our lash products and tools. All sales are considered final; however, we understand that there might be situations where a return is necessary. To be eligible for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

 

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must have proof of purchase.
